Hey there! I’m Leah
I help busy women love their bodies & gain muscle by developing healthy and sustainable habits so they can continue seeing results for years to come.  
Believe it or not, I haven’t always been into fitness. I actually used to hate going to the gym, but I was obsessed with working out and cutting calories because I didn’t feel good about my body. I deprived myself of the foods I enjoyed, and spent hours doing workouts that I didn’t enjoy. I was miserable, and I was suffering from body dysmorphic disorder, which meant that I despite being unhealthily skinny, I couldn’t see how small I truly was.

I tried so many different workout plans, and finally I landed on lifting. I had no idea what I was doing at first, but through a ton of trial and error and reading up on training plans and proper form, I started to get the hang of it. I actually started enjoying my workouts! Slowly but surely, I started eating more, lifting heavier, and feeling good about what I saw in the mirror.

I’ve spent the last 6 years figuring out what works and what doesn’t. I’ve learned how to incorporate my workouts into my lifestyle, eat healthily and take care of my body without depriving myself, and most importantly, I’ve learned how to love my body and feel good about the way I look.

I’ve now made it my life’s mission to share what I’ve learned about fitness so women like you can finally get the results you’ve been craving and learn how find confidence in your body, without going through the mistakes that I did. About a year ago I came across Leah’s Instagram page and she was a breath of fresh air. FINALLY a fitness page that’s so relatable. Leah was so real and down to earth. Leah’s 8-week Summer Challenge lit a fire inside of me.The workouts were amazing and I loved that I could do them quickly without having to spend hours in the gym. And Leah was the best coach and trainer. She answered ANY question I had no matter how many emails I sent her or what time I sent them. She responded to EVERY SINGLE ONE. Not only did I follow the program for the 8 weeks, but I have kept the same split regimen ever since and I am STILL seeing results!
