I'm blown away by the results I've seen, and I've worked so, so hard these past 8 weeks! My arms came out of nowhere, my booty got rounder, my back got wider, my stomach has shrunk and I am so much more comfortable in my own body!
Before, I was no stranger to lifting weights, but I never knew the "science" behind it (things like progressive overload, compound exercises, etc). 

After I graduated college, I started working full-time and felt overwhelmed by such a big change. Going from college to being an adult is a really tough transition. I was always tired and just wanted to relax after work.. The thought of getting up early and packing all my things to go to the gym before work?! Yeah right!

When the Blueprint to a Better You program started, I had just gotten back from a work trip and was exhausted and cranky. But I went to the gym anyway and killed my workout. That same week, a company that I previously interned for called to offer me a job position! But this was just another change to my daily schedule and routine. I’ve been following Leah on Instagram for a few months now. She is amazingly smart, funny, positive and REAL. This program was easy to follow, challenging, and fun! 8 weeks ago I decided to sign up and figured I had nothing to lose.. Unbeknownst to me, this whole PDF became my new gym routine!

Omg Leah! I can’t believe this is the end of the challenge. I’m forever grateful for you... in the past 8 weeks I’ve lost close to 14 pounds. And many inches of each area 😭 I haven’t been in the 130s since before babies all together!
You’ve taught me how to:

Not only have I seen progress, I’ve learned SO much with this program.. I’ve probably grown more mentally than anything. I am no longer scared to step into a gym and get shit done.
